Schools
StreetSquash has formed partnerships with several Harlem Public Schools that share our goals of long term intensive support for disadvantaged youth. Since 1999, StreetSquash has partnered with 9 schools through our After-School Program and Summer Discovery Program.
Partner Schools
Currently our partners include Thurgood Marshall Academy, Wadleigh Secondary School, and Frederick Douglass Academy II. Each of these schools educates students through the middle and high school years, which provides continuity for their students both in school and in StreetSquash.
StreetSquash academic staff have forged strong, lasting relationships with our partner schools through their teachers, administration, and support staff. Academic staff are on site at partner schools on a weekly basis to meet with teachers and staff, so that we can best serve our students academic needs.
