Literacy Project
The StreetSquash Literacy Project is held on Friday afternoons for all middle school StreetSquashers. Geared towards improving basic academic skills, the Literacy Project engages students through a curriculum that encompasses reading, math, art, and science activities.

Through the Literacy Project, members have the opportunity to read a wide range of books and articles, visit sites around New York City, and contribute to both individual and group projects.
